Micro-D not only has access to the most popular SKUs, we also have access to an extensive inventory of discontinued and obsolete products and components to help our customers manage, maintain and enhance their existing IT infrastructures.

Our product focus is HP, Cisco and IBM. HP dominates our sales with Cisco and IBM following.

We aim to provide a comprehensive range of HP products and stock a variety of conditions to further widen your choice. Over 80% of our stock is new retail, straight from the factory, the remainder being HP renew, HP spares and bulk which offer cheaper alternatives.

• New retail refers to brand new factory-sealed goods.
• HP renew refers to remanufactured goods which carry full HP warranty. These products are HP boxed ‘as new’ and may indeed have never been used previously.
• HP spares refers to brand new HP boxed goods intended as replacements for the spares market. They carry the associated spares number on the box as opposed to the original part number. They may have reduced warranty but as they are often server options, they are often covered under server warranty.
• Bulk refers to white box products, HP-original goods not in their original packaging, usually tested pulls.

How We Buy

Through our accumulated years of partnerships with manufacturers, distributors and resellers around Europe and Africa we are able to secure special pricing on high-volume bundles of goods. We also take advantage of overstock and aged inventories, bidding on large quantities of goods and passing the savings on to you.

Our Ware-housing facilities enable us to hold large quantities and thereby exert a great deal of buying power and use this buying power to reduce your costs.

Our procurement strategy is pivotal to the success of our business. At Micro-D we source exclusively from within Europe and only from reputable vendors with whom we have long established relationships. In accordance with HP trademark law; all goods for sale in the EU must have been sourced within the EU. At Micro-D we respect such regulations, giving you peace of mind whenever buying from Micro-D that your goods have been responsibly sourced.
